Are the measures to prevent the recurrence of accidents ineffective? Achieving a change in awareness through learning by observation!
[Safety Education Video] [Video Training] Are recurrence prevention measures becoming mere formalities? From "knowing" to "taking action," using videos for recurrence prevention measures.
Many companies develop measures to prevent recurrence after an accident occurs, revising manuals and providing guidance. However, reports from the field indicating that "similar accidents have happened again" continue to emerge. The following issues underlie this situation: ■ The causes of accidents are not sufficiently shared with the field. ■ Countermeasures are abstract and not translated into specific actions on-site. ■ Education is primarily paper-based or verbal, making it hard to remember. Currently, measures to prevent recurrence often end up being "just heard" and do not lead to action. To ensure that accidents are not repeated, it is necessary to translate preventive measures into "changes in behavior." With visually engaging video training, safety education can be achieved that resonates with employees, directly linking to memory and action. For companies that are genuinely aiming to "not repeat the same accident," video-based education for preventing recurrence is a suitable approach. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.*
